Fees for 2023/24 school year

 

Fees are due every 4 weeks in line with Government funding. There are no fees due when Explorers is closed as per the calendar in the Parent Information Pack.

Invoices are issued 2 weeks before payment is retrieved by direct debit for fees.

The National Childcare Scheme offer a Universal Subsidy to all children.

We will offer full day camps during Hallowe'en midterm, February mid term (Scoil Lorcáin) the first week of Easter holidays, and for May mid term (Gaelscoil Shliabh Rua and Stepaside ETNS). All parents receive a calendar in the Parent Information Pack.

Camp will run from 9.00 - 17.00. Children are expected on their normal days of attendance. We cannot facilitate extra days during camp

Fees for these 3 camps are included in the prices below.

We will not run camps during the other school holidays.

There will be no increase in fees for the 2023/24 school year.

Fees for 2023/2024 school year per 4 week invoice.

NCS funding is deducted from the prices below. We do not change for weeks we are closed.

Junior\senior infants:           

• 5 day week - €619 

• 3 day week - €401

• 2 day week - €280​

1st - 6th Class:

• 5 day week - €562 

• 3 day week - €365 

• 2 day week - €256 

 

There is strictly no reduction in fees due, but not limited to, absenteeism, maternity/parental leave, holidays, sickness, parents extended holidays, or unexpected school closures due to elections, poor weather/lack of water.

The above fees are payable by direct debit on a 4 weekly cycle.

Children book in separately for July Camp in SETNS. They will be invoiced separately for this.

 

A deposit of €200 is due on acceptance of a place in Explorers' Afterschool. This deposit is deducted from your last month's fees. The deposit will be refunded notice is given before the invoice is issued.
